Job Description:
We are hiring Plastic Factory Helpers for plastic manufacturing and recycling factories across Romania. Selected candidates will support production lines, assist machine operators, handle materials, and ensure clean and safe factory operations.
Responsibilities:
• Handle raw materials and finished plastic products
• Sort, pack, and label plastic items
• Maintain the cleanliness of machines and work areas
• Support loading and unloading of materials
• Comply with factory safety and hygiene rules
Qualifications:
• Previous factory or production experience preferred
• Physically fit and able to work long hours
• Willing to work in day & night shifts
• Hardworking, disciplined, and responsible
